After 18 months of many trials and tribulations in order to get the right formula, we are now on track for weekly workshops dependent on what you are looking for.
We, at present, work with one-offs monthly relaxation and stress release workshops, as well as weight management workshops which are done over 6 sessions.
There has been such good feedback that we are looking into expending to different subjects of interest.
We will be offering these options in the next few months, we’re looking at working on better sleep, pain release as well as release of menopausal symptoms… so watch this space regularly or sign up to our mailing list by sending us your email address and we will keep you updated on any changes and add ons.
